Victoria Brennan

L.I.S.W.

Tori specializes in mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, personality disorders, codependency, and substance use. She works with individuals ages 15 through late adulthood, helping those who feel "stuck" in repetitive patterns, overwhelmed by emotional intensity, or navigating difficult life transitions. Her goal is to make self-growth and change feel feasible - even when it feels uncomfortable or uncertain.

With a collaborative, person-centered approach, Tori helps clients identify patterns that are no longer serving them, build practical skills, and navigate what is within their control. Tori primarily utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (with an integration of Motivational Interviewing and strengths-based approaches). She emphasizes both skill-building and selfunderstanding to support emotional regulation, behavioral change, and long-term stability.

She believes the coping strategies that have helped you get this far deserve acknowledgment (not shame!) while also gently challenging what is no longer working. Tori brings a nonjudgmental, genuine - and at times, a humorous approach - meeting you where you are at while guiding you toward meaningful change. In a safe and supportive space, she helps clients develop the skills needed for greater emotional stability, confidence, and a life worth living.
